Our products are made of cotton or rayon cotton. We don't use wool, silk or any animal byproducts. Please check the individual product descriptions for details.
How can I be sure my items will fit?
All our products come in one size only. Our harem pants have an elasticated waist and ankles or drawstring waists meaning they are one size fits most from sizes XS-L!
Can I find this product in a shop in my country?
Our products are handmade in Thailand through our partnership with local artists and seamstresses. They are not commercially available outside of the country so unfortunately you cannot find them in high street shops.
How should I wear the trousers?
Our trousers are versatile. You can wear them at home, to practice yoga, in dance classes, as casual fashion or even as pajamas. Many pregnant women find the thai, classic, peacockand wrap pants extremely comfortable. Some of these can be worn as jumpsuits or as pants as you can see on our product photos.
What are the care instructions?
Our products are not pre-washed so the first wash is very important. Please hand wash separately in cold water. Follow these simple rules to get the best out of you trousers:
Do not hot wash.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not soak for long periods
Remember some shrinkage is normal for cotton and rayon garments, please allow for this.
Can I buy several pairs?
You can buy as many pairs as you like. However, if you plan to buy a large quantity we may send them to you in multiple packages.
I want to buy wholesale, is that possible?
Although we are setup to sell directly to customers, we are sometimes able to meet wholesale needs depending on the volume and frequency of your orders. Please get in touch with us to discuss on a case by case basis.

What currency do you charge in?
All our products are priced in USD. Please note you will be charged in this currency. Only your bank, credit card or Paypal will be responsible for any currency conversion to your local currency.
Will I be charged any additional charges?
All our prices include any taxes and commission. Our prices include worldwide shipping and there will be no further hidden costs or additional charges.
Which credit card can I use?
Yes, you may pay with any major credit or debit card such as Visa or Mastercard. Depending on your country of residence we may offer alternative payment methods such as bank transfer or Paypal.
Do you accept Brazilian credit cards?

How can I buy a gift card for a friend?
It's really easy, you just choose how much you want to spend and add it to your shopping card just like any other product. Then, continue to the payment page and proceed as normal.

Where are the items located?
All items are located in Thailand and individually packaged and shipped to your home address. We may in some cases send products in separate packages.
How long does my order take to arrive?
All stock merchandise will usually be dispatched for shipment within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment. Shipping is by International Airmail and normally takes between 15 and 40 days but can take longer depending on the final destination. Customers in Australia and Canada are currently experiencing longer delivery times. Please be patient when waiting for your parcel.
How do I know whether you have posted my package?
As soon as your pants are in the post we will send you a tracking code. You may use this to track your parcel using your country's post office website.
If I buy more than one product will they come separately?
Where possible we will group items and send them together. However on occasions it will be necessary to ship items separately. You will receive email notification and tracking codes in both cases.
Will I be charged import tax?
Our customers are generally not required to pay any additional taxes but laws vary depending on your specific location. If you have any doubts please consult local customs charges in the country of your residence.
What if the product arrives with a defect?
It is very rare for a product to have a defect but if this occurs we will of course allow you to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us for instructions on how to return your item.
I want to return an item I bought a long time ago, is this possible?
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
I bought the wrong product/color, what should I do? Can I cancel/change my order after I have made it?
Yes, but only if it has not been shipped yet. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We may apply a cancellation charge to cover banking commissions and taxes.
