Shipping policy

All orders are normally processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. An estimate can also be generated on the cart page for your convenience.

Depending on the number of items and destination, shipping costs will be as follows:

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Hippie-Pants ships to addresses to most countries including APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment to remote areas

Some courier services apply a surcharge for delivery to remote areas. Affected customers will be informed within 2-3 days and offered alternative shipping and/or cancellation.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If the customer has opted in to Messenger notifications and/or SMS notifications, you may receive notification on these channels. The tracking number may sometimes take 24-48 hours to activate. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact the customer via email or telephone.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Any local fees related to overseas purchases are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of orders from the EU & UK, VAT is prepaid at checkout for customs fast-track and the avoidal of any fees upon arrival. Hippie-Pants.com is fully IOSS compliant.
